10/2-We have a very important meeting on October 24th in regards to the clubs future. We need to fill some roles for this club to continue to grow. Those who were not in attendance for the classic will be receiving a letting in the mail. PLEASE try to attend. Tournament Director has been tentatively filled by Dave Szulkowski. We have our yearly banquet with food, prizes, and trophies on November 5th at the American Legion in Bridgeville from 1-3pm. $15/person at the door.

9/7-Due to construction on the main access road to the LaBelle launch, we will be moving the Mon. River tournament to Ten Mile Park. Larry was kind enough to work out with the park manager we will not have to pay any launch fee’s. ¬†Tournament is still planned for 9/16/17 unless weather dictates. 5/2-Linesville tournament results are posted on the website. ¬†Please go join out Facebook Group “Penns Waters Bass Busters” for results and pictures from the tournament.

3/1-Dates have been finalized and posted for tournaments. First tournament of the year has changed to April 30.

Membership applications are online for the 2017 season and can be found here. Membership is now a flat $50/year with the optional $10 for lunker of the year. More information can be found under Septembers meeting minutes.

About Us

We are a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation, conservation and education of our natural resources and to the sport of fishing. Penn’s Waters is also the oldest bass club in Pennsylvania incorporated in 1972.

Our meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 7:30 pm at the American Legion in Bridgeville, PA. We have over 60 members consisting of men, women and children. Our goal is to improve the fishing skills of the membership with attention to our youth. We enjoy the camaraderie of our fellow fishermen and the competitiveness of tournaments, along with the pleasure of being on the water.

Penn’s Waters supports catch and release, striving to set a good example to the recreational angler and to our youth. We are a unique club where you may fish alone, with a spouse, a friend, or with children. There are different levels of competition for regular adult members: bass’n’gal, junior division and rookie of the year. Our tournaments take place on lakes and rivers of western Pennsylvania.
